SANDWICH WITH COTTAGE CHEESE AND SALMON
butter, cottage cheese, thinly sliced radish and cucumber, cold smoked salmon, seed sprouts, freshly ground black pepper, dill, lettuce.
Chop the dill or other herbs, add to the butter (the butter must be kept in room temperature for some time to make it soft) and mix it carefully. Slice the bread vertically and spread with the herbed butter. Put a layer of cottage cheese, then slices of radish, cucumber and salmon. Garnish with lettuce, seed sprouts and freshly ground black pepper. Instead of salmon you can use anchovy, sprats or fresh salted herring fillet.
