SANDWICH WITH CREME CHEESE AND FRIED SPRAT
fried sprat fillets, fresh crème cheese with horseradish, pickled cucumber, dill.
Spread the slices of bread with crème cheese mixed with horseradish. Layer fried sprat fillets and sliced pickled cucumber on the bread. Garnish with cowberries, dill and freshly ground black pepper. Sprats’ fillets can also be spread with basil pesto.
