TOASTED BREAD WITH CHICKEN FILET AND AVOCADO

Cut the bread, spread it with greens pesto and roast it in oven for 3–5 minutes in 180°C. Put grilled, sliced chicken fillet on the bread, sliced avocado and hard cheese (grated or sliced). Garnish with basil pesto and seed sprouts.
