PANINI WITH TUNA AND CAPERS

Grill the Panini until small lines are seen. Chop the onion and capers, grate eggs and cheese, mix it with tuna and mayonnaise until you get firm texture. Spread the grilled bread with the mass and put over the other grilled half. Slightly press and grill or roast for 5–8 minutes in 180°C (or until cheese has melted).
