PANINI WITH MOZZARELLA, TOMATO AND BASIL PESTO
Mozzarella, tomatoes, basil pesto, mayonnaise sauce, freshly ground black pepper.
Slice Mozzarella. Grill the Panini until small lines are seen. Spread both sides with mayonnaise. Put Mozzarella slices on the lower half together with tomatoes and basil pesto. Put over the other Panini half. Slightly press and grill or roast for 5–8 minutes in 180°C (or until cheese has melted).
