PANINI WITH LAPLAND CHEESE AND CRANBERRY JAM
Lapland cheese, cranberry jam, arugula.
Grill the Panini until small lines are seen. Spread cranberry jam on one half and cover with sliced Lapland cheese. Put over the other half of bread and grill or roast for 5–8 minutes in 180°C (or until cheese has melted). Serve with arugula leaves.
