At the Made in Saldus Municipality Trade Fair

On 8 April, Cannelle Bakery participated in the Made in Saldus Municipality trade fair which gathered more than 80 entrepreneurs, home producers, craftsmen, associations and rural territory governments from the Saldus Municipality. It was a great opportunity to get to know the products made and services provided in the Saldus Municipality. It was a full day of various activities by producers, selling, tastings, and consultations. The visitors of the Cannelle Bakery stand mostly praised our mini pies with smoked meat and sklandrauši (traditional Latvian carrot pies), but they equally enjoyed our new products: curd scones, pies with egg and spinach filling, and coffee bread with apricot filling.
