Cannelle Bakery at the World Latvian Economics and Innovations Forum

On 28 and 29 June, Valmiera hosted the World Latvian Economics and Innovations Forum organised by the city of Valmiera in cooperation with the World Federation of Free Latvians and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This forum focused on Latvian companies entering the US and Asian markets. The forum gathered Latvian entrepreneurs and professionals from the USA, Australia, Singapore and Europe, who helped to understand and get to know these very different regions by sharing their experience. Cannelle Bakery participated in the Economics Expo that took place as part of the forum. Our products earnt much praise, and we were particularly pleased to hear it from American Latvians about our latest product, the bagels. Our compatriots said that their taste was excellent and embodied the American understanding of what high-quality bagels are. One of the forum’s participants said that on a scale of 1 to 10 they deserve the highest rating – 10.
