Cannelle Bakery in NY Fancy Food Show

From 25 to 27 June, Cannelle Bakery took part in the New York food exhibition Fancy Food Show by offering its new product - The American Bagel. Chairman of Cannelle Bakery Board Ivars Skrebelis says that the company is operating in the USA market for several years already, but bagels of its own brand will be a really new product there. Bagels are made differently in the USA, but our product is made of Latvian raw materials. The composition seems really simple, but the unique recipe and technologies of Cannelle Bakery result in a unique taste. Our bagels have already gained recognition from the world-famous inventor Alan Amron, who calls them excellent. By participating in the New York food exhibition Fancy Food Show with support from the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), as well as support from A. Amron, Cannelle Bakery is looking forward to finding business cooperation partners in USA and Canada.
