Cannelle Bakery Receives Kosher Certificate

A Kosher certificate is considered to be an indicator of exceptional quality worldwide, guaranteeing healthiness and safety of a product. Such a certificate verifies that the product has been manufactured in compliance with the Jewish religious traditions, which place extremely strict demands not only on the manufacturing process, but also on the ingredients of the product and their mutual compatibility. In Hebrew, “kosher” means “permitted”, “acceptable”. Cannelle Bakery has received Kosher certification for two of its product lines: bagels and rye bread. The certification allows us to export our products not only to Israel, but also to many other countries where consumers consider kosher products to be food of an exceptionally high quality.
