Cannelle Bakery - on the Bread Street During the Riga City Festival

On 19 August, Bread Street, which is organised as part of the Riga City Festival, welcomed both locals and city guests to Vērmanes Garden for the fifth consecutive year. Our company − Cannelle Bakery − has been a participant each year. This year, the newcomers to our range were bagels, which received good feedback at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2017 in New York. Our slogan at our Bread Street stand was “Bagels – the New York City Cult Food”. We offered several recipes and ways to serve bagels, and people had the chance to taste and get to know this product that is so little known on the Latvian market. Naturally, we also offered our established products, the most popular of which this year were sklandrauši, shortcrust pastries with curd filling, and curd scones.
