Cannelle Bakery Participated in the Reaton Professionals’ Days 2016

On 8 and 9 February Cannelle Bakery participated in the Reaton Professionals’ Days 2016, which took place in Arena Riga. These were the most extensive Professionals’ Days of the last 18 years: nearly 1000 specialists as visitors, a total of 30 representatives of producers from all of Europe as participants, master classes by the best Latvian cooks, and lectures by internationally renowned professionals. As it is a true celebration and international experience for all representatives of the Latvian food industry, we, Cannelle Bakery, used this opportunity to introduce Reaton customers to our products, with a special emphasis on products such as mini pies, sklandrauši (traditional Latvian carrot pies), various types of ciabatta (with corn, malt, etc.) and others, which are perfect for restaurants, cafés and bars. Cannelle Bakery also participated in the Reaton Professionals’ Days 2016 in Vilnius, which took place on 22 and 23 February.
