Cannelle Bakery Participates at the Monolith GmbH 20th Anniversary Trade Fair

On 9 and 10 September in Bonn, our biggest export client Monolith GmbH organised a trade fair and celebration in honour of its 20th anniversary. During the fair, representatives of Cannelle Bakery met with clients from Germany, Malta, Norway, Czech Republic, Italy, France and other countries that buy our products from Monolith GmbH. It was a great opportunity for us to hear out their thoughts, wishes and suggestions, as well as to introduce them to the latest Cannelle Bakery frozen pastry products. At the tastings, all clients praised out curd balls with cherry filling and expressed willingness to sell them in their shops. Our company’s next task is to agree on selling the product in cooperation with Monolith GmbH.
