Cannelle Bakery at Riga Food 2019

Cannelle Bakery participated in Riga Food 2019 – the biggest food exhibition in the Baltic states, held at the Ķīpsala International Exhibition Centre from 4–7 September and hosting 720 companies from 35 countries. It was the 24th annual exhibition that granted the visitors an opportunity to find out more about the developments in the food industry and news regarding the industry, as well as to meet industry professionals so that new contacts could be created. The Cannelle Bakery stand treated its visitors to well-established products: pies with smoked meat filling, curd balls with various fillings, curd scones and sklandrauši. The latest product offered by Cannelle Bakery was the American Bagel, gaining high acclaim not only from the visitors to the exhibition, but also from industry experts.
