Cannelle Bakery at "Riga Food 2016"

Cannelle Bakery participated in the international exhibition “Riga Food 2016”, which took place from 7 to 10 September. We introduced the visitors of the exhibition to our new products - several types of curd scones made of 60% curd and tasting just like home-made treats, as well as grain-seed rolls made with grains and seeds instead of flour. Our visitors at the exhibition, of course, could taste our famous traditional products – pies with smoked meat and “sklandrausis”. The exhibition provided a great opportunity to test the flavours of our new products - curd scones, on the visitors, who were offered three types - curd scones with raisins, curd scones with orange flavour or curd scones with pear, with the highest rating given to the curd scones with orange flavour.
