Cannelle Bakery at “Riga Food 2015”

From 2 to 5 September in Ķīpsala, Cannelle Bakery took part in the most significant food industry exhibition in the Baltics, “Riga Food 2015”, which celebrated a special anniversary this year. For what is now the twentieth time it gathered food industry representatives, and this year in record numbers – almost 700 companies, professionals and gourmets from 37 countries. On all four exhibition days tastings took place to find out the opinions of consumers. Cannelle Bakery received a great response from the visitors. Visitors praised our frozen bakery products, which were freshly baked on the spot, as very tasty and convenient to use. But for producers of food products – for professionals – the exhibition programme included seminars and business conversation rounds. The “Riga Food 2015” exhibition proved that the food industry is developing rapidly and that interest in the Baltic food market is growing.
