Cannelle Bakery renews the Kosher Certificate

On February 9, Cannelle Bakery once again received the Kosher Certificate. It is given to nine of our products. Certification allows us to export these products not only to Israel, but also to many other countries where consumers consider Kosher products to be particularly high quality food. The certificate confirms that the product has been produced in accordance with the Jewish religious tradition, which sets very strict requirements not only for the production process, but also for the components of the product and their interoperability. We had a new experience in obtaining Kosher's certificate last time, but it is not easy to renew it either, because the entire production process, products and equipment are inspected by a Jewish clergyman - a rabbi on site. This year, we are pleased with the work invested and the re-awarding of the certificate, which shows that our products maintain compliance with the high product quality requirements.
