Cannelle Bakery at ISM 2016

For the second consecutive year we participated in one of the largest International Sweets and Biscuits Fair - ISM, held in Cologne from 31 January till 3 February. The exhibition gathered more than 1600 suppliers from 65 countries, and 38,500 visitors from 146 countries, exceeding the previous year’s attendance. Cannelle Bakery, represented by ProfFoods at ISM, offered to evaluate its clients’ pies, curd balls and shortcrust pastries with various fillings, in total ten different products. Exhibition visitors highly appreciated our products, which were baked on the spot and offered for tasting. Negotiations with potential clients were successful, and it is possible that soon not only buyers in Germany, but Sweden and Denmark will also have the opportunity to become acquainted with Cannelle Bakery products.
