We are proud to announce that this year we have once again obtained the IFS Food certificate, which confirms the safety and security of our food products.

The BRCGS certificate has been received at the Kuldigas Street production facility.

Cannelle Bakery is proud to announce that we have been re-certified Kosher! Kosher certification means thorough inspection – our production facility, raw materials, and equipment were audited in person by a rabbi.

In year 2024 we have also received the prestigious BRCGS certificate!

Aware of the importance of the impact of palm oil extraction on the environment, since 2018 we have become a member of The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). At the end of 2023, we have successfully passed the RSPO audit and now we have also received the RSPO certificate.

This year we have again received the IFS Food certificate for the safety and security of food products.

For the eighth year in a row, we have received the BRCGS certificate, which confirms the fulfillment of the strict requirements of the food industry in the field of food production safety and compliance with the highest quality standards.
