From May 10 to 12, the unique consumer opinion research tool Sensobus, created by Puratos company, visited Latvia in order to find out together with food manufacturers which food products meet the wishes and needs of consumers in Latvia and the world. The Sensobus is a mobile two-story mobile laboratory on wheels that constantly travels from country to country to achieve this goal. On May 12, Sensobuss studied the opinion of the Latvian population about the products of "Cannelle Bakery" at the airport Alfa. On the second floor of Sensobus, there is a laboratory with six modern, computerized tasting booths, where each of the visitors was invited to taste our pastries free of charge and express their opinion about them.
