From September 4–6, 2025, Cannelle Bakery proudly took part in the largest food industry fair in the Baltic region – Riga Food 2025, held at the International Exhibition Centre in Ķīpsala, Riga. During the event, our team showcased a wide range of baked goods attracting great interest from both industry professionals and visitors.

We are especially honored to announce that the organizers, BT 1, presented Cannelle Bakery with a Certificate of Appreciation for our long-term and successful cooperation, as well as for our significant contribution to the development of Riga Food.
