On the evening of January 10, 2025, we gathered at the "Eat&Chill" restaurant in Saldus to look back on what we accomplished in 2024, celebrate our colleagues, and be inspired for the future. Together, we discussed our achievements and enjoyed a specially prepared event.

As every year, employees had the opportunity to nominate one of their colleagues by expressing their opinion in the "Colleague of the Year 2024" survey. Employees nominated their colleagues in five nominations, and we are proud to congratulate this year's winners:

We also celebrated long-term employees who have been with our team for 15 years or more. This year, we honored Linda Gulbe, Evija Tropa, Iveta Nikāze. As well as Aija Olbačevska, who turned 15 years of work in 2023!
