Employee training at the Kuldigas street production facility

To ensure that only the highest quality product reaches store shelves, Cannelle Bakery carefully adheres to the British Retail Consortium Global Standard for Food Safety (BRCGS) and International Food Standard (IFS) quality standards at every stage of production. Trainings were also organized for the team of our Kuldīgas iela production facility, in which we reminded them about internal order and security requirements.

During the training, not only the importance of hygiene and the need to thoroughly clean the equipment after work, but also other important issues were discussed with the employees. During the meeting, employees had the opportunity to ask questions and look for joint solutions to ensure consistently high quality and deliciousness of our products.
