This year, for the fourth time, we have successfully completed the regular certification of the company according to the requirements set out in the BRC standard and received the internationally elite certificate - British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global standard for Food Safety. It confirms the quality of production, good production practices, food safety and presents the producer as a reliable cooperation partner. It is issued for one year, and once a year the company must undergo an audit, in which the company is evaluated according to the requirements specified in the standard. This year, the new BRC standard had even higher requirements than the previous version. There is a feeling of a job well done and we say a big thank you to the whole team of Cannelle Bakery and especially the quality manager Egita Sproģei.
