On August 11, we were warmly welcomed by the O. Kalpaks Museum and Memorial Site “Airītes”, where we held a general meeting – a moment to come together, learn, and share experiences.

Experienced colleagues had the chance to refresh their knowledge about the company, quality requirements, and internal regulations, while new employees gained valuable information and got to know colleagues they don’t always have the opportunity to talk to in the rush of everyday work. It was also an opportunity to exchange ideas, address questions, and seek the best solutions.

After the training part, we embarked on a historical journey – museum director Roberts Sipenieks and colleague Mārtiņš captivated us with stories about Latvian history and the life and legacy of Colonel Oskars Kalpaks and his companions.
