We are proud to announce that this year we have once again obtained the IFS Food certificate, which confirms the safety and security of our food products.

From October 4 to 8, the world’s largest food industry exhibition, “Anuga 2025”, took place in Cologne, Germany.

From September 4–6, 2025, Cannelle Bakery proudly took part in the largest food industry fair in the Baltic region – Riga Food 2025, held at the International Exhibition Centre in Ķīpsala, Riga

On August 11, we were warmly welcomed by the O. Kalpaks Museum and Memorial Site “Airītes”, where we held a general meeting – a moment to come together, learn, and share experiences.

The possibilities of the digital environment are developing rapidly, and by mastering the available tools correctly, it is possible to significantly optimize work processes. Therefore, yesterday, on 06.08.2025, the Cannelle Bakery HACCP team, in cooperation with the Green-Tech Cluster, started participating in the training program “Artificial Intelligence Tools for Business” organized by the Latvian Digital Accelerator / EDIC Latvia!

The BRCGS certificate has been received at the Kuldigas Street production facility.

Cannelle Bakery is proud to announce that we have been re-certified Kosher! Kosher certification means thorough inspection – our production facility, raw materials, and equipment were audited in person by a rabbi.

This year we are participating in the AmberSky exhibition for the first time with the aim of building new partnerships with airlines, expanding our export opportunities!
