Sensobus tests Cannelle Bakery
The unique consumer opinion research tool Sensobus, created by Puratos with the aim to inform food producers about what kind of products meet consumer wishes and needs in Latvia and around the world, visited Latvia on 10–12 May. Sensobus is a mobile two-decker laboratory on wheels, which is constantly travelling between countries to achieve this aim. On 12 May, by the shopping centre Alfa, Sensobus researched what Latvian citizens think about Cannelle Bakery products. The second deck of the Sensobus houses a laboratory with six modern, computerised tasting booths, where visitors were welcome to taste our confectionery products for free and share their opinions about them.
