Cannelle Bakery at the Reaton Professionals’ Days 2018
On 13–14 February, Cannelle Bakery participated in the Reaton Professionals’ Days, where chefs, restaurant managers and other industry professionals met to discuss the latest food industry developments. The event guests had a chance to see, sample and find out more about the goods of more than 80 manufacturers, as well as to meet and hear from renowned Latvian and foreign chefs. Cannelle Bakery presented its new product, the black hamburger, as well as the good old mini pies, sklandrauši and cabbage pies.
