Cannelle Bakery at the Reaton Professionals’ Days 2017
Cannelle Bakery has successfully participated in the large-scale Reaton Professionals’ Days 2017 that gathered restaurant, café, hotel and retail professionals for an extensive trade fair of products and programme of master classes. It was a real trade fair marathon for our company: on 7 and 8 February, we were in Tallinn, on 15 and 16 February, in Riga, and on 21 and 22 February, in Vilnius. The Reaton Food Professionals’ Days are not customer days in their conventional sense; rather, they bring together industry professionals to learn about the latest in the international food industry and watch the best local and foreign chefs in action at master classes. We at Cannelle Bakery were very happy to hear the positive feedback. Mārtiņš Rītiņš, one of Latvia’s most distinguished chefs, also praised our company’s products at the Reaton Professionals’ Days in Riga, expressing particular approval of our patties with smoked meat.
