CANNELLE BAKERY – AT THE HOFEX 2017 EXHIBITION

Cannelle Bakery participated at the international HOFEX 2017 exhibition, taking place between May 8 and 11 in Hong Kong. HOFEX 2017 is one of the largest exhibition of food products in Asia with more than 2,500 participants from 74 countries. In addition to frozen goods at the exhibition, which are our main products, Cannelle Bakery also offered other goods - rye bread, rye bread crisps of various flavours, different types of cookies. Participation at the HOFEX 2017 exhibition was an excellent opportunity to meet professionals of the field - mostly from the South-East Asia with an excellent understanding on how to sell our offered products. It must be noted that the greatest interest was expressed regarding our frozen curd balls and rye crisps which we offered at the international exhibition for the first time.
